Gold Coast Catchment and Conservation Area

You can access the area via the western boast ramp car park, only 25kms from the heart of the Gold Coast  There are some easy walks and informal picnic areas along the edges of the catchment.  It is a beautiful section of the “green behind the gold”, so if theme parks and urban sprawl are not your thing, this is a wonderful introduction to what the Scenic Rim has to offer.  Make sure you bring a camera!
